Empowering people to thrive and
discover joy… including you.

At Disc Replay, we don’t just help customers score awesome games, movies, electronics, and collectibles… we help people (customers and team members) thrive and discover joy.

Most of our team members are in high school or college, or they’re early in their career journey. We take that seriously. You’re not a number here. You’re a real person with real goals, and we want to help you build confidence, learn valuable life skills, and thrive in whatever comes next.

Working here means:

  • Being treated like a real person, not just another shift on the schedule
  • Having a schedule that works with your life (school included)
  • Working with people who share your interests and actually enjoy being here
  • Doing work that genuinely makes people happy
  • Building real-world skills you’ll use long after this job
  • Feeling supported, encouraged, and set up to grow

And yes… you get a team member discount on some seriously awesome stuff :)

Why People Love Working at Disc Replay

The culture at Disc Replay has made it feel like more than just a job. There’s a great group of people who are not only motivated to do a good job but also actively work to support one another in the workplace.

Being around like-minded people who are interested in similar things to me, the independence of the job and not having someone breathing down your neck at all times.

The nostalgia and the satisfaction people get from finding games and items they love or have always wanted.

Reconnecting people with media that impacted their development in life, and watching them share that media with younger generations.

Honestly being able to be myself and being heard why I have suggestions and or improvements. Our manager makes workers there feel fun and easy. She is always putting other employees first and making sure we are comfortable and supported!

Every time I think about this question it comes down to how amazing it is to always interact with people into the same hobbies and just gaming in general and how awesome some of the customers are that I see.

I really enjoy the culture of the company, the people, and the feeling of something new happening every day. It also feels good to be part of a company that’s growing, I’ve been here for a minute and to see how far the company as come in just 6 years is incredible.

Being surrounded by products I’m interested in and friendly coworkers/customers that share those interests

Let’s Be Real for a Second…

We want to be completely transparent: this is not an “easy” retail job with lots of downtime.

Some people imagine working here means playing video games, watching movies, or waiting behind a counter for something to happen. That’s not Disc Replay.

Because we buy almost everything directly from customers, the store stays busy and active throughout most of the day. You’ll be moving constantly between tasks: testing systems, evaluating trade-ins, helping customers, restocking items, and keeping the store in great shape.

If someone is looking for a slow-paced job with a lot of down time … Disc Replay is not the right fit.

But if you want a job where you:

  • Stay active and engaged
  • Build real-world communication and customer-service skills
  • Learn how to handle tough conversations (a huge life skill)
  • Work with fun, interesting products all day
  • And grow as a person while being treated with respect

…then you’ll thrive here.

We push each other to be our best, and we support each other like a family. The job is intense, but the growth is real. And you walk away with skills and confidence that can carry you far beyond Disc Replay.

Available Job Positions

Note: Each Disc Replay location is independently owned and operated. Job titles, responsibilities, and openings may vary slightly by store. For example, some locations may use “Key Holder” instead of “Shift Supervisor.” Still, this should give you a general idea of the types of positions available at a typical Disc Replay store.

Customer Focused Team Member

A lot of stores call this a “Sales Associate,” but at Disc Replay, you’re so much more than that. You’re the heart of the customer experience.

You’ll help people buy and sell items, test electronics, have great conversations, and keep the store looking awesome. Your goal? Deliver world-class buying and selling experiences—every time.

Shift Supervisor

Everything a Customer-Focused Team Member does, plus leading the shift.

You’ll:

  • Oversee 2–5 team members
  • Handle upset or escalated customer situations (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
  • Coordinate breaks and task flow
  • Manage safe funds and store security procedures

You’re the steady hand that helps the store run smoothly.

Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers help lead, train, and support the team. You’ll help with scheduling, onboarding, leading the team, and maintaining store standards. You serve as a bridge between team members and the Store Manager.

Store Manager

(Full-Time)

Store Managers are the captains of their ship. You connect the store to the leadership team and ensure everything—from customer experience to team performance—moves in the right direction.

Responsibilities include leadership, coaching, store performance, and helping team members grow and thrive.
